Here you can enter your IBAN and we will transfer the ticket amount to you. The ticket amount is your paid ticket price minus the 99active service fee for the ticket purchase. There are no extra fees for returning tickets.

We will refund you the full ticket amount on your ticket purchase invoice. We use the service fees - 10% of the ticket price - to provide the 99active services. We do not refund these fees.
