Booking on 99active is simple. You can pay by SEPA Direct Debit, PayPal or use your Credit/Debit Card.
How do I get my tickets?
After booking, you’ll get a confirmation email from us with your PDF tickets attached. We will store your tickets at your my page. All you have to do is print it or show it on your phone when you arrive for your experience.
Is there a service charge when booking?
Yes, the service fee is 10% and is included in the ticket price. We show them on the invoice. There are no hidden fees at 99active.
Can I contact the provider before booking my ticket?
Yes. Just hit 'contact provider' on the page. They’ll get back to you as soon as they can to answer any questions you have.
How do I return my ticket?
Go to 'My ' and select the for which you want to return the tickets. Click on 'Return'. Here you can enter your IBAN and we will transfer the ticket amount to you. The ticket amount is your paid ticket price minus the 99active service fee for the ticket purchase. There are no extra fees for returning tickets.
Will I be charged if I have to return my ticket?
We will refund you the full ticket amount on your ticket purchase invoice. We use the service fees - 10% of the ticket price - to provide the 99active services. We do not refund these fees.
