Exmoor’s Dark Sky Hub

Description
Join us for an unforgettable night under Exmoor’s Dark Skies. Guided by Jo and Pete Richardson, a husband-and-wife astronomer team with over a decade of experience, you’ll discover the wonders of the night sky in one of Europe’s first Dark Sky Reserves. Jo, a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society, brings the constellations to life with engaging stories and laser-guided tours, while Pete, an acclaimed astrophotographer and telescope maker, helps you explore distant stars, planets, and galaxies through professional-grade telescopes. Whether it’s spotting Saturn’s rings, tracing the Milky Way, or learning how to navigate the sky, this evening is about sharing awe and inspiration under some of the clearest skies in the UK. If the weather is cloudy, we continue indoors with a virtual planetarium, ensuring the stars still come to you.
