From field to feast

Description
Join High Grange Devon for a full-day, hands-on experience that takes you from the field to the plate. In the stunning Devon countryside you will learn the traditional skills of butchery, preparation, and fire cooking with venison. Guided by expert hosts, you will break down a whole deer, understand the different cuts, and discover how to prepare each one with respect and skill. The day continues around the fire with a collaborative cooking session, creating a feast that celebrates wild food at its best. Along the way you will explore ethical sourcing, sustainability, and the timeless connection between people, land, and food. This is not just a workshop it is an immersion into craft, flavour, and community.
