Moments
A Moment is an activity that you can offer or book on our platform. Moments range from creative workshops to outdoor adventures. Hosts can create Moments in various categories, such as:
Loops
A Loop is a recurring Moment that repeats on a schedule (weekly or monthly). Hosts can create Loops using the Creation Tool to offer the same Moment multiple times.
Registration is required to offer Moments or Loops or purchase tickets.
The marketplace is where Moments and Loops are published by hosts and can be discovered by users. Moments and Loops can be offered in various categories such as Outdoor, Creative, Craft, Repair, Reuse, Food, Reset, and Play. The marketplace ensures that all listed Moments and Loops are available for users to book.
Users can purchase tickets for Moments and Loops through the marketplace. By purchasing a ticket, a binding agreement is formed between the user and the host of the Moment or Loop. Users receive a confirmation and the ticket via email after purchase. Users can manage their tickets through their user account.
Users are obligated to adhere to the conditions of the booked Moment or Loop, including any return conditions set by the host for each Moment or Loop.
Payments for tickets are made via PayPal, or credit cards.
The ticket price is split between the host and 99active: hosts receive 80% of the ticket price, and 99active receives 20% as a service fee. This fee is automatically accounted for with each purchase.
For free Moments and Loops, no fees apply. If a Moment or Loop is offered free of charge, 99active does not charge any service fees.
When returning a ticket, the ticket price is refunded minus the service fees.

With the Creation Tool, recurring Moments (weekly or monthly) can be created and managed as Loops.
Hosts receive a participant list via email one day before the event, which is always updated and viewable online in the host workspace. Payment of earnings is made 5-7 days after the event date to the host’s specified bank account, provided there are no disputes. In case of disputes, the payment is delayed for the duration of resolving the disputes.
Hosts are responsible for paying direct or indirect taxes, including business tax and value-added tax. The ticket price shown on the page includes all relevant taxes and fees.
Hosts must ensure they have the necessary skills and/or licenses to offer Moments in their chosen category. This includes all professional qualifications, permits, or certifications required by local or national law to safely and legally offer a particular service. Hosts are responsible for informing themselves about and complying with the applicable regulations in their field of activity.
Hosts are responsible for ensuring that their Moments are conducted safely and in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations. This includes:
Hosts should inform themselves about the specific safety requirements for their Moment category and implement them conscientiously.
Hosts offering Moments for children are obligated to ensure youth protection. Sufficient accompanying persons must be available to ensure the safety of the children. This can be achieved by involving parents, grandparents, or other adults to ensure adequate supervision during the Moment.
Compliance with youth protection regulations and providing a safe environment are mandatory for hosts.
The content and layout of the website are the property of 99active and protected by copyright laws.
99active reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend user accounts to prevent suspicious or fraudulent activities. Such suspensions may be triggered by security concerns, user complaints, or internal reviews.
In the event of a suspension, the user will be promptly notified via email with the reasons for the suspension and can request a detailed explanation along with instructions for reactivating the account. 99active is committed to conducting such measures in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies to ensure the security and integrity of the platform.
99active also reserves the right to permanently deactivate accounts if fraudulent activities are confirmed or users repeatedly violate platform policies. In such cases, the user will be notified in writing and may appeal the decision by contacting customer support within 14 days of the notification.
By uploading images to 99active, you grant us an unlimited license to use these images for the presentation and promotion of your Moments and Loops. This also includes further processing as part of marketing materials.
99active manages reports of violations of the terms of use, including illegal activities, copyright infringements, and inappropriate content. Users can report violations to us, which will be reviewed by the Trust & Safety team.
All content uploaded by users (e.g., Moment descriptions, images, comments) is considered User Generated Content. 99active is not responsible for content created by users and reserves the right to remove this content if it violates the terms of use.
