“Let me show you how.” We love that phrase. It sounds like open hands, a spare seat at the table and someone happy to share what they know. Someone shows, someone tries, and suddenly people are talking. Those are the kinds of Moments we want to make possible with 99active.

Many students arrive in Leipzig on October 12. They are discovering a new city and looking for people, places and things that can make Leipzig feel like theirs. We want to show them what they can experience here and who makes it happen.

For the start of the semester, we are looking for Leipzig Hosts offering their own Moments and venues ready to open their doors. Students will discover 99active in their welcome bags—and the people and places that make Leipzig special. From October to December, we’ll bring fitting ideas, spaces and the city’s new arrivals together, helping them feel welcome and at home in Leipzig.

Got a skill? Show new students!

Lead a workshop, share your craft or bring people together around dance, food, plants, photography or music. Offer your own Moment and help new people discover what you do. You can plan it and publish it on 99active yourself. If you like, we can help with the format, date, group size, price and description. Just let Lina and Johanne know that your offer is for the new students and part of the campaign.

Not leading a workshop yourself? Open selected times in your café, studio or workshop to Hosts with their own ideas, including students who want to offer something of their own. Your venue gets its own page on 99active, showing what makes it special, which formats fit and when it is open. Hosts can find the right setting, and new arrivals can join Moments that bring people with similar interests together. See how venues work on 99active.

Put yourself and your offer in the spotlight

On October 11, we’ll show new students what Leipzig has to offer through you: we’ll introduce you as a Host with your Moment or present your venue as a new place for shared experiences.
